Ashgrove Castletownshend Terms of Rental

A non-refundable deposit of €200/ week booked is payable at the time of booking.

Final payment for accommodation is payable six weeks prior to arrival for your holiday.

A refundable security deposit of €400 is paid prior to or on arrival, this is returned with deductions for any damage and electricity used as soon as possible after the rental period

Electricity & Heating are extra and charged by meter on the number of units used.

Bed Linen and Towels are included in the rate.

The house should be returned in a clean and tidy condition after the rental period, failure to do this will result in a cleaning charge of €150.00 being applied

A Travel Cot is available free of charge for babies. High chair and toys are also available. (Please inform us prior to arrival)

Arrival time is from 4 PM onwards and departure time is by 10.30 am.

We regret that smoking is not allowed inside the holiday home.

A maximum of 8 people may occupy the house.

The management may terminate occupancy if terms and conditions are not complied with.

The proprietors, management and employees of The Landlord shall not be liable nor will accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage howsoever sustained by any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence of the proprietors their servants or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the implied terms contained in Section 39 Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to the provisions of Section 40 of the said Act.

In the event of breach of contract on the part of the The Landlord howsoever arising any loss and/or damage including consequential loss sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the proprietors of The Landlord.

Pets are not allowed in the house but may be kept outside by prior arrangement.
